Brief Quotes From Articles In Volume 2
Luke – The Beloved Physician
With Luke’s training in natural health care, combined with his spiritual training from the Apostles, he probably would have had a good understanding of how the heart, soul, mind and body all work together to make up a person.
Does God Share Our Burdens?
Most of us don’t think about what God is feeling as He shares our burdens, because we’re so preoccupied with what we are going through! We should try and look at everything from God’s viewpoint, and see what He is experiencing and what burdens Him.
Overcoming Fear – Walking In Love
One of the most powerful forces shaping people’s thinking today is the mainstream media. There seems to be a global agenda of ‘brainwashing’ people with fear which is designed to make us feel helpless so we can be more easily controlled.
The Family Is A Precious Partnership
The family should be the most supportive and effective setting to learn the value of unselfishness, humility and submission. This is because of the environment of love and forgiveness that is the foundation of a good family. Out of all the partnerships or teams we may be on in our lifetime, the family team is the most important and precious of them all.
Two of the Big Questions In Life
Real education begins with God’s Word and the truth. In every generation, young people think about what they’re going to work at when they’re an adult, and who they are going to marry. The anti-God message in the world says it doesn’t matter what God’s will is for our lives.
A Time To Shine
It seems everyone has a different approach to life, and the circumstances they face. Some people shine with love and joy, while others criticize and complain. The difference could be our attitude, and the motives behind what we do. Are we living for ourselves, or are we living to please God?
