Introduction
Welcome to Book Two! We’re excited to continue the journey with you as we blend another 4 Volumes of our quarterly magazine, ‘Our Relationship Journey with God’ into one book. Our writings focus on life and relationships, and understanding God’s plan and purpose for our life.
In our writings, we put ourselves into the story of God’s Word, by trying to see things from God’s position, and also from the position of the people He is writing to. God is a very interesting and wise Father. He isn’t stale or boring. In reading the Scriptures, we can see God opening His heart to us and showing us – often in quiet and gentle ways – His true personality and character. He wants us to learn His principles, guidelines and plans for humanity which He reveals through His Word, and through His children here on earth. He wants us to understand Him, so that we can learn to be more like Him as we go through life.
The information in this book can be helpful in making refreshing and worthwhile steps in our life journey! In 2014, Philip was asked if he would write articles in the Rural Route magazine, which he did and that became the start of a spiritual outreach to thousands of people. For nine years he wrote in every issue, and developed many interested readers who appreciated his approach of helping families and individuals with their relationships by focusing on the New Testament Scriptures. Then in January 2024, the Legge family made a major decision to start a new quarterly magazine called, ‘Our Relationship Journey With God’. This book features Volumes 5 to 8 of the magazine.
